Also avoid televisions in your study room. Put everything decently and in order, a smart and clean environment gives a person a good feeling and ability to focus on tasks.
✅ Identify the most important tasks and prioritize them during your peak focus hours. Every work is important, but you can analyze which one is more important and their urgency. Prioritizing tasks will ensure you meet the deadlines and see progress.
✅ Take breaks between periods of focused work. This will help to prevent burnout and reduce temptations to distractions. When you take the break you can get to do the other things like replying to a message, then after the break get back to focus with the goals.
